Sadly, Naga look to be impossbile to play. The way I see things, since they were 'purged' from Cantha along with the tengu(also not likely now), the Naga are either all gone or working for that deep sea dragon thingy. Djinn are not too likely either, not really cutlure, they are more nature sprits and protectors. Undead are also under the total control of the Orrian dragon.Aside from that, here is my list

1-Human(my necro sent back by grenth to kill someone)
2-Charr(as the Orks of WH40k say "Time to kill some Humies!!!")
3-Slyvari(come on, pod people elves! Plus they are the youngest race on Tyria)

It also said he was trying to "drive out" non-humans instead of exterminate. There's a strong possibility some of them would have bitten the bullet and relocated elsewhere such as Tyria (although I don't know whether *any* Naga are on speaking terms with humans, which would make it difficult for them to know what the Emperor says).

There are also at least three other Tengu tribes that live in Tyria (Caromi, Avicara, Quetzal) - although they aren't exactly the friendliest bunch either. Then again, one can say the same for the Charr...

P.S. I have no idea whether the Tengu would be playable in the initial release, but I suspect it would have been mentioned if that were going to happen. It would surprise me if that didn't change in a future expansion, though, since ArenaNet probably intends to revisit Cantha and that would be a near-obvious way to do it.

Im pretty much sure djinn, mursaat, naga, tengu etc. wont be playable races in gw2. Dwarwes could be after expansion, but for start, only these five.
